Tian graduated from NYU with a Master Degree of Public Administration in Finance, and previously from Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing, China with a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Minor in Psychology. She was also systematically trained in Central Academy of Fine Art and University of the Arts London.
